Your Actions Greatly Influence Your Health
Did you know that 70% of diseases are preventable? Try these small proactive steps to live a healthier life:

  • Find a Primary Care Physician (PCP): A PCP not only knows your health issues and concerns to offer you a meaningful experience, but establishing care with a PCP affords you consistency and efficiency.
  • Have an annual physical exam: During the exam, the doctor checks your height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, body mass, etc. Your doctor will use a physical exam to see how your body is performing.
  • Get your screenings: Based on your age and gender you may need screenings. Talk with your doctor about what you should have checked, when; what you can do on your own to maintain your health; etc.
