MinuteClinic health care providers treat a variety of conditions, illnesses and injuries. These include asthma, allergy symptoms, diabetes, ear infections, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, sore throats, minor cuts, blisters and wounds, insect stings, and more. They can also give vaccines, including flu shots. And they can write prescriptions for birth control and other medications, when medically appropriate. That can mean no extra trip to pick up medicine.
